The Vitiligo and Pigmentation Institute of Southern California is nationally and internationally recognized for its work on vitiligo, melasma and pigment loss caused by laser resurfacing.

The Institute specializes in the treatment of vitiligo and other pigmentary disorders, ethnic skin, hair problems and complete dermatologic care for adults and children. The Institute also conducts an on-going clinical trials program which focuses on a variety of hair and skin disorders.

Dr. Grimes specializes in innovative treatments for vitiligo including PUVA,Narrow band UVB, targeted phototherapy and laser phototherapy. The instituteprovides a full range of dermatologic procedures and treatments includingsurgical grafting procedures, microdermabrasion, botox injections, chemicalpeels, and repigmentation of laser-induced pigment loss and scars.
